Right in from of the flat you will find a lift which goes directly to Cap d'Ail beach in less than 10 minutes walking distance. All shops and restaurants are down the building. The bus station number 600 is down the building and will drop you off in Monaco city center or in Nice. The flat is located on 3rd fllor without lift.
